Job Description

1. Sales Representatives

We are looking to recruit full time Sales Representatives for our offices in Mwanza and Dar es Salaam

Qualifications;

Advanced diploma in business administration/marketing.

A degree in any business respect will be desirable
Must be self-driven,

Results-oriented with a positive outlook,

A clear focus on high quality and business profit.
Need to have excellent communication & computer skills.

Must be a self starter.

Duties and responsibilities

· Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.

· Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;

· Gather market and customer information;

· Gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;

· Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations;

· Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications;

· Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales;

· Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals;

· Record sales and order information and send copies to sales manager

· Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;

· Review own sales performance, and aim to meet or exceed targets;

2. Operations Officer

This person must be security minded, assess high risk situations, coordinate multilevel communications and determine the logistical aspects of crises management and response solutions.

Station of work is Arusha.

Requirements

1. Experience in Security Management

2. A clean criminal record

3. Diploma in a security discipline or equivalent.

4. Experience in Operations for at least 3 years

5. Well Organized, Good timing, Multi-tasking skills

6. Proactive thought process

7. Customer Service Skills

8. Strong leadership.

9. A high level of communication skills, both oral and written.

10. Be physically fit.

11. Be available to work shifts.

12. Be ambitious.

13. Possess a very strong work ethic.

14. A willingness to learn.

15. Highly motivated to provide outstanding customer service.

16. Have a high standard of written and spoken English.
