Kilombero Sugar
Company, the largest producer of sugar in the country, is looking for a
qualified ‘candidate for the position of Shift Manager existing in the
Distillery, Department.
The
successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operations
of distillery from molasses receipts to alcohol loading, the associated
processes in between, water and effluent treatment plants and ensuring a
high standard of service to the customer sections.
Job Requirements:
Skills
Effective
communication, Planning, Controlling, Reporting writing, Counseling,
People Management, Leadership allocating tasks, Supervision.
Computer literacy, Good Manufacturing Practices, Basic
Business understanding and industrial relations.
FTC / Diploma in Engineering and applied science or production Management or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
At least two years experience in supervisory in a chemical manufacturing facility / Supervisory experience in distillery.
Physically and mentally fit.
Positive, Flexible to changes and eager to learn new things.
